- 6 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 3 tbsp honey
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- Cook raspberries, honey & lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat & bring to a boil. Remove from heat & cool slightly.
- Blend mixture on medium speed until smooth.
- Pass through sieve to collect seeds. Throw seeds away & chill raspberry sauce before serving.
