Join us Monday nights starting January 14, 2019 @ 6:30 PM for an 8-session video course to show you how you can reverse diabetes and to reclaim your health. The video course is with lifestyle expert and author of ‘Goodbye Diabetes’, Dr. Wes Youngberg, and world-renowned author and plant-based dietician, Brenda Davis.
The sessions will be facilitated by your DIABETES UNDONE team, Besties (Flo, Dr. David, Kevin, Gene & Raylene) – with Dr. David Lowe moderating the video course. We will start with a whole food, plant-based supper prepared just for you, a light stretching & exercise right after supper, and then move into the video course with interactive workbook activity. The classes/workshops is your opportunity to learn, ask the questions and start developing the habits that will help you in your transition to a healthy lifestyle.
