Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut or organic brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Optional Ingredients
- extra sea salt, if you want salted caramel
- vanilla extract
Directions
Add sugar to medium sauce pan. Stir and heat for 1 min.
Add coconut milk and sea salt. Stir to combine.
Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and stir occasionally for 15 mins.
Remove from heat, cool for approximately 10 mins. Transfer to jar.
Store in refrigerator up to several weeks.
