Raspberry Sauce


  • 6 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • juice of 1/2 lemon


  1. Cook raspberries, honey & lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat & bring to a boil.  Remove from heat & cool slightly.
  2. Blend mixture on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Pass through sieve to collect seeds.  Throw seeds away & chill raspberry sauce before serving.
