The Green Shake


  • 80% of the container filled with compressed power greens – e.g. kale, swiss chard, spinach
  • Fill the remaining 20% of the container with frozen mangos, frozen pineapple chunks or core, frozen or fresh banana
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • Enough water to get the shake consistency of your choice 

You can always start out with a 70/30 blend and just graduate to the 80/20 the next week 🙂  

Also seasonal stone fruits like peaches are nice options. 


In blender add & compress 80% power greens – can also use Swiss chard, kale, spinach. Then add 20% frozen fruits like mangos, pineapple, bananas – then add chia seeds and enough water to achieve the shake consistency of your choice. Pour in a glass, serve it up and enjoy it for breakfast, brunch or a pick-me-up!
